There is a distinct and simple beauty that surrounds us all. Even in the largest of urban jungles contain pockets to appreciate and behold. Don’t lose sight of the world around you. Keep your eyes open for subtle beauty as well as the obvious.
For me, as I capture more of the wonders Nature and the world around me, I find a greater calm and peace as well as an incredible love for the wonders of Earth!
Well said Karl. I often wonder in this intensely divisive political times why more people lose sight of all that is beautiful in the world today. Is it because their eyes are somehow shut to the things of beauty? Perhaps we are blinded in some respect. A glaucoma-esque vision that only allows people to see what’s right in front of them which is usually the hatred and violence and intolerance of humanity. The disdain for our differences consumes us instead of embracing our similarities. Surely, we can change our vision and our attitude away from such bitterness and look around at what God has provided us. Love!
